Oradell approves the New Jersey Health Care Center

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the Oradell Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted approvals for the construction of an ambulatory surgical center, urgent care center, and diagnostic imaging center on the first floor of the New Jersey Health Care Center (NJHCC) in Oradell, New Jersey.

The NJHCC, an 84,000 square foot facility located at 680 Kinderkamack Road, is the newest Rio Vista development venture in the medical field and is planned as a state of the art outpatient medical arts center. Construction of medical offices is currently under progress for the North Jersey Brain and Spine Center of Patrick Roth, MD, Roy Vingan, MD, Vishy Rajaraman, MD, George Kaptain, MD, Daniel Walzman, MD and Hooman Azmi, MD (14,680 square feet) and the pediatric offices of Dr. Carl Battista (4,450 square feet).

The NJHCC is planned to include office facilities for primary care specialties including orthopedics, cardiology, internal medicine, women's care, sleep disorders, pain management, and other specialties. For information please visit the NJHCC website or contact Michael Mavroudis.
