The Leasing of Alpine Periodontics and Dental Implants

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the leasing of 1700 square feet to Dr. Richard Shin of Alpine Periodontics and Dental Implants at the New Jersey Health Care Center.

Dr. Shin is a highly regarded specialist in periondontal disease, gum disease and dental implants. He graduated with honors from the New York University School of Dentistry in 1999, fulfilled residency requirements at Down State Medical Center and Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, and has since performed over 10,000 surgical procedures. In 2003 he became board certified and also received “Best Clinician Award” from the Department of Periodontology at NYU, where he is a member of the dental school faculty.

Alpine Periodontics and Dental Implants strives to achieve patient satisfaction with an experienced and competent staff. Periodontal surgery, gum transplantation, gum treatment, bone graft procedures, and teeth implantation and transplantation are services provided utilizing state of the art technology and equipment.

Dingman’s Dairy in Paterson, NJ

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the start of construction for the expansion of the Dingman’s Dairy facility on Pennsylvania Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey. The construction involves the addition of a new freezer building and other warehouse and office facilities on Pennsylvania Avenue and a new dry storage building on Alabama Avenue. Warren Bigos of Rio Vista will manage the entire project.

Dingman’s Dairy is full service dairy and frozen dessert distributor that was started in Sparta, NJ in 1955.
