Rio Vista Assists Northvale to Expand Hogan Park

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the donation of services for the demolition of 217 New York Avenue in Northvale, which took place on Tuesday, March 24, 2008. The Borough of Northvale plans to use this property to expand the open space and recreational facilities at Hogan Park.

Rio Vista has worked closely with the Borough of Northvale and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in their mission to assist Northvale residents in preserving, sustaining, protecting and enhancing open space areas and the environment, thereby helping to ensure the integration of high environmental quality for our development of Rio Vista Greens and the surrounding community.

Rio Vista is proud to announce the leasing of 3,270 sq. ft. at the New Jersey Health Care Center

Rio Vista is proud to announce the leasing of 3,270 sq. ft. to David D.Van Slooten, M.D., P.A. at the New Jersey Health Care Center (NJHCC) in Oradell, NJ. Doctors David D.Van Slooten, M.D., Lorraine S. Lira, M.D. and Charles F. Asta, M.D. practice General Neurology and Neurophysiology.
