The Record has highlighted Rio Vista’s project: Crocker Mansion in today's Real Estate Business Section titled "'Colossal' piece of history for sale in Mahwah" by Carol Fletcher. The article highlights the offering of Darlington, the 75 room, 3 story Country Estate of George Crocker. Crocker Mansion has been recognized as the most architecturally outstanding early-20th Century estate house in Bergen County and one of New Jersey’s truly notable mansions. The mansion was built between 1902 and 1907 as a country residence of George Crocker. Crocker Mansion was entered on the New Jersey Register of Historic Places in 1995 and on the National Register in 1997.

In The Press: MICU Comes Home

The Pascack Valley Community Life has highlighted Rio Vista’s project: The New Jersey Health Care Center (NJHCC), on January 09, 2008, in an article titled "MICU Comes Home" by Maggie Fazeli Fard. The article focuses on Hackensack University Medical Center's two MICU units dispatched from Westwood that are currently serving 18 municipalities in the Pascack and Northern valleys and confronts the burden absorbed by the surrounding area hospitals.

The Bergen Record has highlighted Rio Vista’s project: Rio Vista Greens in todays Business Section of their bi-weekly "Under Construction" column.

Rio Vista Greens is a secure gated community (55 or older) situated in Northeast Bergen County with amenities including a clubhouse, pool, and 1.2 acres of parks. In The Press: NJ Health Care Center

The Bergen Record has highlighted Rio Vista’s project: The New Jersey Health Care Center in todays Business Section titled "Hospital's closure opens a door". According to the Record, this Rio Vista facility will help fill gaps in medical services from the closing of Pascack Valley Hospital, which filed for bankruptcy in September and halted clinical services two months later.

The New Jersey Health Care Center is an existing 84,000 outpatient medical facility built to accommodate a surgery center, imaging center, urgent care center and offices for primary care and specialty care physicians.
