Debra LaCour Joins Rio Vista Realty

Debra LaCour, a resident of Upper Saddle has joined Rio Vista Realty as a Real Estate Sales Associate, located at 690 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, NJ. A life-long Bergen County native, Debra grew up in Northvale, where she attended Northvale schools. After attending Northern Valley Regional High School, she attended Fairleigh Dickenson University, receiving an Associates of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts. She brings with her experience from other positions in insurance, accounting, and (most recently) as a Controller for a manufacturing company.

Ms. LaCour has been active in helping to collect food for the Center for Food Action in NJ, and also volunteers at her church. Debra is a member of the Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the National and New Jersey Associations of Realtors.

An avid gardener and collector of exotic fish, both freshwater and salt, Debra loves animals. She has greenhouse where she raises and collects specimen plants year round. Debra loves to travel, ski, enjoys Pilates, and walks several miles per week. Debra, husband Paul and daughter Michelle have resided in Upper Saddle River for the past 16 years. A licensed real estate agent for the past 21 years; she is well versed in the local culture.
Quoted as saying ‘I am proud to be a Vegetarian for the last 16 years. I believe in a holistic approach to all I do in life.’ She is learning to speak Spanish fluently, and also speaks some German.

Ms. Malley has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry as a sales representative and broker.
