New Construction Manager: David Gallagher

Rio Vista is pleased to welcome David A. Gallagher to our Organization. David brings to Rio Vista 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, estimating and procurement expertise, and skills in negotiations of contracts with vendors. David will concentrate his efforts managing Rio Vista's commercial and medical construction projects.
