The Leasing of Bergen Primary Care Associates

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the leasing of 2,133 square feet, on the second floor of the NJHCC to Doctor Daniel Wilkin. His practice, Bergen Primary Care Associates, provides comprehensive family medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation.

Dr. Wilkins is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice, the American Board of Family Medicine, and also board certified in Osteopathic Manipulation. He was recently featured on the June 20th 2008 cover of Medical Economics and has admitting privileges at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood and four local rehab centers and nursing homes.

In addition, Odessa Hoinkis MD, who was recently Chief Resident in Family Practice at Robert Wood Johnson and speaks fluent German, will be joining the practice as of October 1st, 2008.

The Leasing of New Jersey Endodontics

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the leasing of 1,300 square feet to New Jersey Laser Endodontics, on the second floor of the New Jersey Health Care Center (NJHCC). The practice of Brian P. Trava, DMD, PA, SuJean Oh, DDS, Alison Petix, DMD, and Christopher Bauer, DMD. Endodontics is a specialty of saving teeth. They are the first Endodontic practice is the first in New Jersey to raise the level of care by using laser in root canal treatment and root canal surgery. The specialty includes traumatic and sports injuries to teeth, tooth bleaching, oral-facial pain diagnosis and emergency treatment for tooth pain. The endodontic practice offers conscious sedation for patients that need to go to sleep.

Dr. Trava, a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in endodontic specialty, started the practice in Hawthorne in 1990, with a second office in Ho-Ho-Kus. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Post Graduate Endodontics at U.M.D.N.J. Dr. Trava belongs to the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International. He has performed volunteer dental work at Eva’s Kitchen, Paterson and in South Africa in conjunction with the NBA. Dr. Trava and Dr Oh are the recipients of “Top Doc Awards “in NJ Monthly.

Rio Vista honors the birthday of the United States of America and the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. We hope everyone enjoys a day of picnics and patriotic parades, a night of concerts and fireworks, and a reason to fly the American flag!

Rio Vista was featured in the Northern Valley Suburbanite in an article titled "Development embodies town’s vision" by Sophia Gonzalez. The article discusses Northvale's streetscape plan and Rio Vista participation in the construction of a new retail and office center located at 220 Livingston Street in Northvale, NJ. This project was the first location in Northvale to provide a "shining example of Northvale’s vision for the future".
