Rio Vista is proud to announce the leasing of 2,683 sq. ft. to Dr. James Geuder who will open The Vein Center of Oradell located in the New Jersey Health Care Center (NJHCC).
The Vein Center of Oradell will offer minimally invasive office based ambulatory procedures such as Venous Closure, Microphlebectomy, and Sclerotherapy. Dr. James Geuder's focus is to provide the best therapeutic and cosmetic treatment available. He will have a non-invasive vascular lab on site for all necessary testing.
Dr. James Geuder is a board certified vascular surgeon. He is currently listed in Castle and Connolly Top Doctors as well as New York Magazines Best Doctors.
The NJHCC, located at 680 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell N.J., is owned and managed by Rio Vista and will include turn key medical offices, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Diagnostic Imaging Center, and an Urgent Care Center.
