Rio Vista is pleased to announce the start of construction for the expansion of the Dingman’s Dairy facility on Pennsylvania Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey. The construction involves the addition of a new freezer building and other warehouse and office facilities on Pennsylvania Avenue and a new dry storage building on Alabama Avenue. New Director of IT Services: Michal Krasucki

In The Press: FOX Television Looks To Alpine As Filming Locale

The Northern Valley Suburbanite featured Rio Vista Alpine in an article by Amy McKenna, titled “FOX Television Looks To Alpine As Filming Locale.” The FOX television network is taking the necessary steps to seek approval from the Mayor of Alpine to film a pilot television show located at 44 Rio Vista Drive in Alpine, NJ.

The pilot show, “Lights Out” will be a drama, directed by Clark Johnson and starring Holt McCallany, about a former heavy weight boxing champion, struggling with his life after his days in the ring are over. More information on the upcoming FOX drama series can be found at FOX Broadcasting.

The article also features the Stone Clock Tower, known to some as the “Devil’s Tower”. The tower was originally built by Manuel Rionda, for his wife, whose spirit is also rumored to haunt the tower and its surrounding areas. Rio Vista restored the tower in 1984 during it's development of Rio Vista Alpine. The Stone Clock Tower now welcomes people as they enter the Rio Vista Section of Alpine.

Doctor Park is trained in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He received his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at Albany College of Pharmacy, Union University and his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated with honors. In addition, he was awarded the Merck Pharmaceutical Award, Rho Chi Honors, and Psi Sigma Alpha Honors. He completed his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Doctor Varma went to medical school at the University of Manchester and completed his Anesthesiology residency and Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York.

Interventional Pain Medicine of New Jersey will offer a comprehensive approach to pain management, including medical, interventional, psychosocial, osteopathic manipulation, and physical rehabilitation. The Record has highlighted Rio Vista in today's Real Estate Section titled "Glimpse Bergen's 'crème de la crème'" by Carol Fletcher. The 300 acre tract was the country estate of sugar baron Emanuel Rionda in the early 20th Century. The site is located on the New Jersey Palisades 10 minutes north of the George Washington Bridge in Alpine, NJ. They are the first Endodontic practice is the first in New Jersey to raise the level of care by using laser in root canal treatment and root canal surgery. The specialty includes traumatic and sports injuries to teeth, tooth bleaching, oral-facial pain diagnosis and emergency treatment for tooth pain. The endodontic practice offers conscious sedation for patients that need to go to sleep.

Rio Vista is pleased to announce the sale of Crocker Mansion for use as a residential dwelling.

The Rio Vista property known as "Darlington - the Country Estate of George Crocker" is recognized as one of the most architecturally outstanding early-20th Century estate homes in America. This historic mansion was built between 1902 and 1907 as the country residence of George Crocker, the son of one of America's great railroad pioneers. The mansion is listed in The National Register of Historic Places.

Rio Vista restored the mansion over a period of four years, upgrading the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems without disturbing of the fine architectural details and finishes of the original design. The restoration involved development challenges such as the application of original building techniques and craftsmanship, plasterworks, special carvings and restoration of original fine wood floors, pegs and paneling.

The estate was featured in The Record on Sunday, January 20, 2008, in an article titled "'Colossal' piece of history for sale in Mahwah" by Carol Fletcher.
